Officers responded to a 9:45 a.m. Friday call from 10th Street West about the calling party’s boyfriend kicking in her apartment door the night prior and the manager of the apartment told her the only way she could stay in her apartment is if she filed a report against him.

Robert James The Boy Jr., 46, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and probation violation after officers responded to an 11:57 a.m. Friday call about a man driving while suspended and an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 12:02 p.m.

Larae Ann Sunchild, 33, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant after an officer served it to her at 4:49 p.m. Friday at a 1st Street business.

Officers investigated an 8:44 p.m. Friday call from 3rd Avenue about a Crime Stoppers tip of elder abuse.

Lakota Cree Shields, 19, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and minor in possession after officers responded to an 11:10 p.m. Friday call from 5th Street about the calling party’s grandson being drunk.

Officers investigated an 11:11 a.m. Saturday call from 5th Street about the calling party’s daughter threatening him.

Officers investigated a 12:37 p.m. Saturday call from 9th Avenue about a found wallet.

Officers investigated a 3:39 p.m. Saturday call from 5th Street about the calling party wanting an officer to come take a statement about a man who got into a confrontation with a neighbor.

Officers investigated a 6:15 p.m. Saturday call from 10th Street about a domestic disturbance.

Officers investigated an 8:44 p.m. Saturday report about a found brown wallet at a gas station.

Jeremy Luke Means, 28, of Fort Belknap was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 12:06 a.m. Sunday call from a 2nd Street business about a man who went over to an ATM and started beating up a man in a vehicle.

James Martin, 20, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on a charge of purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor and five other people were arrested or issued summonses after officers investigated a 1:31 a.m. Sunday call from 15th Street West about someone needing help finding her 15-year-old sister. No other information was given.

Officers were called to the hospital at 3:04 a.m. Sunday to take a statement.

Officers investigated a 4:49 a.m. Sunday call from 6th Street from the 1:31 a.m. caller who was looking for her sister about her sister being home.

Mavis Lynn Cochran, 47, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and partner or family member assault and Sundance Heavyrunner, 38, of Arlee was arrested on two charges of criminal contempt after officers responded to a 9:25 a.m. Sunday call from a 2nd Street business.

Officers investigated a 10:28 a.m. Sunday call from 3rd Street about medication stolen from a residence.

Demetrick Sintron Henderson, 32, of Archer, Florida was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 11:52 a.m. Sunday on 5th Avenue.

Tanda Aurora Trout, 36, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers investigated a 7:25 p.m. Sunday call from 10th Street about the calling party wanting officers to check an apartment because a man and woman were taking things.

Ruth Lydia Reyes, 46, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer and on a Justice or City court warrant after officers investigated a 10:09 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business about two women entering a store who were possibly in a fight and one had a bloody nose.

Two arrests were made after officers responded to a 1:20 a.m. call today from 10th Street West about the calling party saying it sounded like a man was throwing a woman on the ground; she was crying while he yelled. No other information was given.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Clifford William Wilson Jr., 48, of Louisville, Kentucky, was issued a summons on a charge of careless driving after deputies responded to an 11:19 a.m. Friday call from Blaine County dispatch.

Jason Leamer, 27, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after a deputy made a motor vehicle stop at 9:47 p.m. Friday on U.S. Highway 2 West.

Deputies investigated a 12:09 a.m. Saturday call from Fresno Lake about people in a Hummer-like SUV stealing a large cooler of ice.

Deputies investigated an 11:35 p.m. Saturday call from Hill County Detention Center about a disturbance in the jail.

Deputies investigated a 4:51 p.m. Sunday call from Northern Montana Hospital about a dog bite.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, one Saturday, and three Sunday.

Firefighters were called to the 800 Block of 1st Street at 1:43 a.m. Sunday near a business to put out a gasoline fire. It appeared that someone had poured gas out into the street and set it on fire. It was extinguished, sand placed on it, which the state later hauledaway.

A boy was born to Cassie Stidham and David Wilkie of Havre June 10, 2015.
