Officers investigated a 6:13 a.m. Tuesday report of a shoplifter at a 1st Street West business.

Tia Lorraine St. Marks, 28, of Malta was arrested for sale of dangerous drugs after a drug offense was called in from a 2nd Street location Tuesday at noon.

Raymond Windyboy, 53, of Rocky Boy was arrested for criminal contempt after a caller reported Tuesday at 1:25 p.m. a man was "trying to bum money off customers" at a 1st Street West business.

Nicholas Ryan Pyle, 31, of Havre was arrested for shoplifting, obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal contempt and Heather Rose Cochran, 27, of Harlem was arrested on possession of drug paraphernalia after a 1:40 p.m. Tuesday call of a shoplifter at a 2nd Street business.

Jenna Shea Johnson, 28, of Havre was arrested for sale of dangerous drugs after a report of a drug offense at a 1st Street business Tuesday at 1:52 p.m.

Tuesday at 3:06 p.m., an officer initiated investigation of a sexual or violent offender registry violation.

Gordon Bacon, 35, of Great Falls was arrested for trespass to property and disorderly conduct after a caller at a 1st Street business 3:08 p.m. Tuesday report of a man passed out on the sidewalk at the store.

Cheryl Brown, 40, of Browning and Rueben Jessie Gillian, 32, of Havre were each arrested for disorderly conduct after a caller reported an argument in the alley off 1st Street Tuesday at 5:40 p.m.

Chad Joseph Woundedface, 29, of Wolf Point was arrested on two counts of sale of dangerous drugs after a drug offense was reported from 10th Street West Tuesday at 8:05 p.m.

Vanessa Danielle Segna, 32, of Havre was arrested on two counts of sale of dangerous drugs after a drug offense was reported at a 1st Street establishment at 6:33 p.m. Tuesday.

Officers investigated an 8:01 p.m. Tuesday report of a Chevrolet pickup truck stolen from 11th Street.

Officers investigated a report of a missing truck found in the alley between 5th and 6th streets Tuesday at 9:26 p.m.

An officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity today at 2:15 a.m. at a 1st Street business.

Hill County Sheriff's office

Deputies investigated a domestic disturbance reported at a U.S. Highway 2 East residence today at 3:07 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to two calls Tuesday.

A fire crew investigated a gas smell on 2nd Street West; no leak was found.

A boy was born June 15, 2015, to Stephanie Bacon and Jeffrey Henry Sr. of Havre.
