The local acting troupe is bringing some more adult entertainment to go along with its summer youth activities in a fundraiser set for Saturday, June 27.

Jay Pyette, Montana Actors' Theatre founder and artistic director, said an evening of cabaret and martinis will start at with the doors at the Little Theatre in Cowan Hall on the Montana State University-Northern campus opening at 7:30 p.m. and the performance starting at 8 p.m,

The performers will be Electric City Caberet from Great Falls, who performed at the Havre Historic Post Office at MAT's Valentine's Day event.

"They were very well-received, so we thought we'd do another show since we don't offer that many things for adults during the summer," Pyette said.

The show itself is a "little naughty" but not to an extreme, Pyette said, adding that the performers have fun, but don't go overboard with it, and are very classy and professional, and very talented.

The tickets are $30 each or two for $50, which that includes a free martini bar.

"We will be offering several different types of martinis, just like we did at the Valentine's event," Pyette said. "There will also be a free-will donation beer and wine bar."

Tickets are available at http.//www.mtactors.com and at Angie's Wildflowers, Bear Paw Montana Realty, The Computer Center, Bear Paw Meats and at the door.
