Carrie Lyn Gartner, 32, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 10:25 a.m. Friday call from 7th Street about a woman trying to tear a car door off.

Stella Rose Bishop, 31, of Havre was issued a summons on two charges of endangering the welfare of children after officers investigated an 11:45 a.m. Friday call from 6th Street and 7th Avenue about a 3-year-old walking down the street.

Officers investigated a noon Friday call from 2nd Street about a quad stolen earlier that day.

A two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash was investigated after officers responded to a 1:57 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business.

Adelle Delaine Koop, 31, of Havre was arrested on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and criminal contempt after an officer investigated suspicious activity at a 1st Street business at 2:20 p.m. Friday.

Laurencine Eashoppie, 57, of Hays was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, driving without a driver’s license, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and obstructing a peace officer after officers investigated a 6:46 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a possible intoxicated driver.

Phillip Scott Stewart, 54, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of vicious dog after officers responded to a 9:52 p.m. Friday call from 3rd Street about the calling party’s brother being it by a dog.

Officers investigated a 9:12 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a stolen wallet.

Jesse Rodriquez Jr., 53, of Spokane, Washington, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 3:58 p.m. Saturday call from Amtrak about needing assistance when the train comes in.

Officers investigated an 8:33 p.m. Saturday call from Northern Montana Hospital about a dog bite.

Jeremy Leo Tincher, 34, of Harlem was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 9:50 p.m. Saturday call from 1st Street about a drunk man passed out in the camping area and heading west.

Natasha Rose Lohman, 24, of Havre and Melanie Mae Knoll, 26, of Havre were each issued summonses on charges of disorderly conduct after officers investigated a 10:05 p.m. Saturday call from 3rd Street.

Joseph Don Wetsit, 21, of Havre was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and criminal contempt, a 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession and juvenile curfew violations and a 16-year-old was issued summons on charges of assault and juvenile curfew violations after officers investigated a 2:57 a.m. Sunday call from 1st Street Northeast about a disturbance.

Officers investigated a 6:19 a.m. Sunday call from Northern Montana Care Center about a purse stolen out of a car.

Officers investigated a 5:16 a.m. call today from 6th Avenue about someone breaking into the calling party’s vehicle and stealing a backpack.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

William Dennis Parker, 39, of Box Elder was served a Justice or City warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 4:18 p.m. Friday.

Deputies investigated a restraining order complaint after responding to a 5:30 p.m. Friday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business.

Jordan James Normandy, 21, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after depuites investigated a 6:23 p.m. Friday call about an intoxicated man walking down the highway.

Barbara Dianne Richardson, 57, of Big Sandy was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifter after deputies responded to a 12:16 a.m. Saturday call from a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

A 15-year-old girl was arrested on a state District Court warrant at 2:48 a.m. Saturday after deputies responded to a call from 4th Street North about a juvenile girl with a pick up and hold order at her father’s residence.

Deputies investigated an 8 a.m. Saturday call from 70th Avenue West about the neighbor’s goats in the calling party’s yard again.

Deputies investigated a 3:12 p.m. Saturday call from 61st Avenue Northwest about a dog at large.

Deputies investigated an 8:35 a.m. Sunday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about the calling party saying a pair a black and white Oakley sunglasses were stolen from him in the break room.

Deputies investigated an 11:15 a.m. Sunday call from Anderson Road in Beaver Creek Park about a man crawling through the window of the calling party’s neighbor’s house. The calling party sent a friend to see if anything was missing and found five guns were stolen.

Deputies investigated a 2:01 p.m. Sunday call from Assinniboine Road about a possible stolen dog.

Deputies investigated a 5:38 p.m. Sunday call from Northern Montana Hospital about a dog bite on a 12-year-old.

Someone was arrested or issued a summons after a deputy made a motor vehicle stop at 11:03 p.m. Sunday.
