Havre Police Department

Daniel Allen Martinez, 21, of Tucson, Arizona, was issued a summons on charges of violation of a protective order and criminal contempt after a 7:21 a.m. Wednesday report at the police station of a possible temporary restraining order violation.

An officer investigated an 8:21 a.m. Wednesday motor vehicle crash on 5th Avenue.

Officers investigated a 9:17 a.m. Wednesday call from 10th Street West about a blue 2002 Ford Explorer being hit the night prior on 10th Street West.

A two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash was investigated after officers responded to a 7:17 p.m. Wednesday call from 1st Street.

Michael George Martinez, 43, of Harlem was arrested on charges of trespassing and two charges of criminal contempt after officers responded to an 8:18 p.m. Wednesday call from Smithville Road about a man passed out in a camper in a driveway.

Jeffrey Blaine Dolphay, 35, of Havre was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, refusing to take a test, after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 12:55 a.m. today on 1st Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Daniel Roger Travis, 47, of Havre was served a state District Court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 9:52 a.m. Wednesday.

Justin Sean Beauchamp, 29, of Havre was served a Justice or City court warrant at the HCDC at 2:01 p.m. Wednesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday and one this morning.
