Current needs for My Neighbor in Need program, July 7, 2015

The website http://www.myneighborinneed.org is a website that provides local citizens a way to ask for help from their community and a way for the community to give back.

Current needs

Neighbor in Need — A young man man who recently moved into a new residence with his small son is using his recliner as a bed and is in need of a used/clean queen size bed with a mattress and box spring for him and his son to share. If you are able to help in any way, please contact My Neighbor in Need at 406-301-3919. The identification number is: Havre #117.

Neighbor in Need — An elderly woman is in need of a used/working dryer. Her dryer no longer works and cannot be repaired. She is unable to get to a laundromat and desperately needs a dryer. If you are able to help in any way, please contact My Neighbor in Need at 406-301-3919. The identification number is: Havre #107.

Neighbor in Need — Disabled woman is in need of a used/working washing machine. Her washing machine is no longer working and cannot be repaired. She struggles with transportation issues and is unable to get to a laundromat. If you are able to help in any way, please contact My Neighbor in Need at 406-301-3919. T he identification number is: Havre #80.

If you would like to help, visit http://www.myneighborinneed.org and click on the Cities We Serve tab. Then click on the city in which you are interested such as Havre or Chinook, then click on the Current Needs tab. Find a need request and click on the Fulfill This Need button. Or you can call 406-301-3919 for Havre or 406-357-8080 for Chinook and tell us how you would like to help. Financial need donations are made directly to the business that will fulfill the need.

Send financial donations to My Neighbor in Need, 525 Central Ave., Great Falls, MT 59401. Remember to make checks payable to My Neighbor in Need — Havre. Your donation is tax deductible.

Request help at http://www.my neighborinneed.org by completing the Request a Need form and clicking submit. If you do not have Internet access, call 406-301-3919. You can also pick-up an application at the HRDC Office - 2229 5th Ave.
