Officers investigated a 7:29 a.m. Tuesday call from 3rd Street about a bike dropped off at a dumpster.

Robert Joseph Sunchild, 32, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and violation of conditions of release after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at the police station at 8:33 a.m. Tuesday.

Officers investigated a 9:28 a.m. Tuesday call from 1st Street West about a motor vehicle accident at a business.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of obstructing a peace officer and juvenile curfew violations after officers responded to a 9:46 a.m. Tuesday call from Washington Avenue about the calling party’s daughter running away.

Officers investigated a 10:17 a.m. Tuesday call from 2nd Street about stolen items.

Timothy Lee Dennis, 32, of Chinook was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after an officer served them to him at 3:29 p.m. Tuesday at a 1st Street West business.

Officers investigated a 4:38 p.m. Tuesday call from 9th Street about the calling party backing into a car.

Gary Dean Bearcrane, 46, of Harlem was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and probation violation after officers responded to a 6 p.m. Tuesday call from 2nd Street about a man lying in the sidewalk.

Officers investigated a 7:58 p.m. Tuesday call from 19th Street about possible stolen items.

Officers investigated a 9 p.m. Tuesday call from Havre Middle School about a found iPhone.

Erica Ann Dion, 33, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served it to her at 1:47 a.m. today at a 1st Street business.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated an 8:15 p.m. Tuesday call from 11th Street North about vandalism.

Deputies investigated a 5:45 a.m. call today from 14th Street Northeast about the calling party wanting a man removed after the man kicked in a door.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.

Animal Shelter

A black and white male mix-breed dog was placed in the shelter May 8, a black and tan male Min Pin June 12, a tan female pit bull June 18, a tan male terrier mix June 22, a male black Labrador July 3, a black and tan female mix-breed dog July 6, and a black male mix-breed dog July 6.
