Officers investigated an 11:23 a.m. Wednesday call from 1st Avenue about the calling party reporting someone tried to enter his garage.

Officers investigated a 1:25 p.m. Wednesday call from 1st Street about the theft of a license plate.

Tyler Kim The Boy, 24, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served it to him at 2:52 p.m. Wednesday at 16th Avenue and 2nd Street.

Keenan Lewis Doney, 25, of Havre was arrested on charges of trespassing and criminal contempt after officers responded to a 3:45 p.m. Wednesday call from 4th Street about a man who needed to be removed.

Officers investigated a 4:55 p.m. Wednesday complaint at the police station about a stolen phone.

A noninjury, two-vehicle crash was investigated after officers responded to a 6:04 p.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street West business.

Shann Jonart, 26, of Havre was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children, unlawful restraint, partner or family member assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with a communication device after he called officers at 9:36 p.m. about his girlfriend slapping him and putting her hand around his neck like she was going to choke him.

Robert Manuel Arellano, 33, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer, criminal contempt and resisting arrest after officers responded to an 11:53 p.m. Wednesday call from 11th Street West about a man trying to hit the calling party and causing issues.

An officer assisted two people with a welfare check at 2:25 a.m. at 1st Street establishment.

An officers initiated investigation at 2:43 a.m. today on 1st Avenue of a vehicle that was unoccupied and looked like it was involved in a hit and run.

Officers investigated a 4:24 a.m. call today from a 1st Street West business about two younger men who took three 30-packs of beer.

Officers investigated a 4:26 a.m. call today from 3rd Street about three men and one woman being drunk and loud in front of the calling party’s residence. Two arrests were made, but no further information provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies made an arrest on U.S. Highway 2 West at 2:28 a.m. today. No further information was provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Wednesday.

Animal Shelter

A black and white male mix-breed dog was placed in the shelter May 8, a tan and white male pit-Labrador mix June 12, a tan female pit bull June 18, a male black Labrador July 3, a black and tan female mix-breed dog July 6 and a black male mix-breed dog July 6.

Births

A girl was born to Holly Haas and Garret Neiffer of Havre July 7, 2015.
