Officers investigated a domestic disturbance reported at 6:59 a.m. Thursday at the police station.

At 10:37 a.m. Thursday officers investigate a report of vandalism to a garage on 2nd Street.

A 13-year-old was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest after a 2nd Street caller reported a fight in the alley

Kodi Marie Bear, 20, of Havre was arrested on Washington Avenue on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer investigated suspicious activity, Thursday at 11:51 a.m., as a follow up to a domestic disturbance reported at 11:22 a.m. from 17th Street West.

Officers investigated a request made from 5th Street at 1:09 p.m. Thursday for assistance with a parenting plan.

Rayna Elizabeth Brown, 23, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, refusing to test, after a 3rd Street caller report suspicious activity at 1:23 a.m. today.

Terry Lee Doney, 38, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a 10th Street West caller reported at 1:42 a.m. today a drunk man who was unsure where he lived.

Officers investigate a report from 3rd Street at 3:23 a.m. today of a man wearing all black and a mask who came to her door claiming to have a search warrant for the residence.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A 2nd Avenue Northwest caller from Box Elder reported stolen property Thursday at 9:58 a.m., and deputies investigated the incident.

Deputies investigated a report of stolen tools and vandalism on Bullhook Road reported Thursday at 12:35 p.m.

Deputies investigated a report made Thursday at 10:20 p.m. of the theft of an 18-pack of beer from a Box Elder establishment. The caller said the thief drove away in a purple Durango with a man driving.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday and one call this morning.
