Michael Allen Torrey, 61, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of careless driving, driving without a driver’s license, no insurance and expired registration after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 1:52 p.m. Friday on 18th Avenue.

Peter Anthony Kinniburgh, 19, of Havre was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs, obstructing a peace officer and partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 2:35 p.m. Friday call from 4th Street about the calling party’s boyfriend not leaving and breaking a lot of her stuff.

Officers investigated an 8:22 p.m. Friday call from 12th Avenue about a 1994 white Camaro stolen around the 7th Street area. The car was unlocked and the keys were in the ignition with three fourths of a tank of gas.

Kevin Wayne Coleman, 30, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 7:30 a.m. Saturday at the police station.

Elliott Travis Bacon, 28, of Billings was issued a summons on charges of motor vehicle theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after officers investigated a 12:14 p.m. Saturday call from 12th Avenue about a Grand Prix stolen from the calling party’s residence.

Nikki Lynn Horn-Tincher, 32, of Harlem was arrested on charges of shoplifting and obstructing a peace officer and on two state District Court warrants and Brittany Leigh Henderson, 20, of Havre was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to a 12:24 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about two shoplifters.

Officers investigated a 1 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about a noninjury motor vehicle crash between a Chevrolet Impala and a Dodge truck.

Jamie Lee French, 27, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers responded to an 8:02 p.m. Saturday call from 8th Street about the calling party’s boyfriend punching her in the face and breaking her finger.

Tomi Nichole Bunney, 26, of Havre was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest and on two Justice or City court warrants after an officer served a warrant at 11:28 p.m. Saturday on 3rd Street.

A 14-year-old and 15-year-old each were issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations at 2:32 a.m. Sunday on 1st Street.

Michael Kenneth Bruno, 30, of Box Elder was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 2:51 a.m. Sunday on 1st Street Northeast.

Trista Jonelle Arkinson, 18, of Rocky Boy was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession and disorderly conduct and Matthew Dean Weaving, 22, of Box Elder was issued a summons on charges of unlawful transactions with children and obstructing a peace officer after officers responded to a 3:26 a.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business about a woman screaming in a room.

Andrew Thomas Pester, 27, of Missoula was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 4:32 a.m. Sunday call from 13th Street Northeast about a disturbance.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Thomas Jeffrey Davidson, 22, of Suffolk, Virginia, was arrested on charges of trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs and Andre Miguel Wilson, 32, of Burley, Idaho, was arrested on a charge of trespassing after deputies investigated a 10:21 a.m. Friday call from the east end of the railroad tracks in Havre about transients on the train.

Glenn Scott Patterson, 55, of Box Elder was charged with criminal mischief after deputies responded to a 7:50 a.m. Saturday call from the Hill County Detention Center about vandalism to a jail cell.

Deputies investigated an 11:14 a.m. Saturday call from 5th Street North about a possible car theft.

——

Someone was charged with drug offenses at 1:17 p.m. Saturday at HCDC. No other information was given.

Deputies investigated a 7:54 p.m. Sunday report from the hospital of a dog bite.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, two calls Saturday and one Sunday.

Animal Shelter

A black and white male mix-breed dog was placed in the shelter May 8, a tan and white male pit-Labrador mix June 12, a tan female pit bull June 18 and a male black Labrador July 3.

A boy was born to Charla Brown and Trenton Kirkaldie Sr. of Hays July 8, 2015.
