Havre Police Department

Everson Mosquito, 21, of Havre was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, criminal contempt, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a no contact order and on a Justice or City court warrant; Kodi Marie Bear, 20, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt, and Emalisa Raelynn Eagleman, 23, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 6:56 a.m. Monday call from 17th Street West about the calling party wanting officers to check on a house.

Officers investigated a 10:59 a.m. Monday call from a 2nd Street business about a stolen trailer.

Barbara Dianne Richardson, 57, of Big Sandy was arrested on charges of shoplifting and trespassing after officers responded to a 12:45 p.m. Monday call from a 1st Street business about a shoplifter.

Cody Arthur Shortman, 30, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served it to him at 1:19 p.m. Monday on 3rd Avenue.

Officers investigated a 2:30 p.m. Monday report from a juvenile girl that a window was broken on a vehicle and a purse taken the night prior.

Officers investigated a 3:56 p.m. Monday call from Main Street about a stolen vehicle.

Elliott Travis Bacon, 28, of Billings was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer and on a federal warrant and Larry Albert Bernard, 31, of Box Elder was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and careless driving after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 4:22 p.m. on 24th Avenue Northeast.

Officers investigated a 7:13 p.m. Monday complaint at the police station about the reporting party’s wife receiving a check in the mail that was a scam.

Officers investigated an 8:10 p.m. Monday call from 11th Street about the calling party finding someone’s personal items in their yard.

Officers investigated an 8:11 p.m. Monday call from a 1st Street West business about an employee backing a vehicle into another. There were no injuries.

Maria Elizabeth Parker, 29, of Green Bay, Wisconsin, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 10:01 p.m. Monday call from a 1st Street West business about a man in a vehicle in the parking lot hitting a female passenger.

Officers investigated a 10:18 p.m. Monday call from 8th Avenue about a located stolen vehicle.

Officers investigated an 11:48 p.m. Monday complaint at the police station about a woman who had the complainant’s dog, wouldn’t give it back and was threatening her.

Officers investigated a 12:07 a.m. today call from 6th Avenue about someone hitting the mirror of the calling party’s Suburban.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

June Marie Sutherland, 37, of Box Elder was served a Justice or City court warrant at 1:43 p.m. Monday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies issued a written or verbal warning after responding to a 6:32 p.m. Monday call from near a 5th Street North business about an unsupervised 3- to 4-year-old child almost getting hit by a car.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday.

Animal Shelter

A black and white male mix-breed dog was placed in the shelter May 9, a tan female pit bull June 18 and a male black Labrador July 3.
