Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 9:27 a.m. Tuesday complaint at the police station about the complainant being given someone else’s prescription.

Officers investigated a 9:37 a.m. Tuesday call from Hill County Courthouse about a woman in the office causing problems.

A 17-year-old was arrested on charges of criminal endangerment, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer and assault after officers responded to a 10:29 a.m. Tuesday call from a 3rd Avenue business about a fight in the business between a man and woman.

Officers investigated a 4:59 p.m. Tuesday call from 5th Street about a man who would not leave the calling party alone.

Gabriel Weiland Giesing, 20, of Mystic, Connecticut, Tyler S. Smith, 26, of Devens, Massachusetts, William John Toole, 23, of Delray Beach, Florida, Camille Walocke Bratton, 18, of Devens, Massachusetts, Sofia Mae Woodlee, 21, of Orinda, California were each issued a summons on a charge of stowing away on railroad property after deputies investigated a 6:15 p.m. Tuesday call from Main Street about five or six transients trying to get on the train.

Officers investigated a 7:36 p.m. Tuesday call from 6th Avenue about the calling party arriving home to find her roof was torn off and her lawn turfed, and she had not hire anyone to do either.

Officers investigated a 7:58 p.m. Tuesday complaint at the police station about someone writing a $1,000 check on the complainant’s account.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies responded to a 12:55 p.m. Tuesday call from 1st Avenue about the calling party needing medical assistance for a man who was cold.

Glenn Scott Patterson, 55, of Rocky Boy was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest and assault with a weapon and was transported from Rocky Boy Police Station at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Tuesday.

Firefighters were called to 6 miles east of Havre on U.S. Highway 2 at 11:01 a.m. Tuesday to address a fire call about smoke in the area that turned out to be just haze.
