Havre Police Department

An officer initiated an investigation into suspicious activity in the old IGA parking lot Wednesday at 6:42 a.m. Rochelle Lynn Jones, 27 of Hayes was subsequently arrested on a Justice or City court warrant for failure to comply.

Officers received a call at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday that a gold S10 ’90s Chevy was passing people in the turn lanes and going all over the road. Ryan Gallagher, 33, of Great Falls was issued a summons for careless driving.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at a 6th Avenue residence at 5:33 p.m. Wednesday. Sarah Louise Holsinger, 18, of Havre was arrested on a charge of non-aggravated assault of a partner or family member.

A caller at Northern Montana Hospital reported at 8:25 p.m. Wednesday that a dog at a city park had bitten an 8-year-old female. Officers investigated the incident.

At 11:26 p.m. Wednesday, police initiated an investigation into vandalism at Patterson Park.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Cody Michael Anderson, 21 of Havre was served a state District Court warrant on 1st Street North at 10:52 a.m. Wednesday.

Deputies arrested Everson Mosquito, 21, of Havre at an 8th Ave West location at 2:09 p.m. Wednesday for violating a no contact order.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to a call at 6:52 p.m. Wednesday and another at 3:52 a.m. Thursday.

Havre Animal Sheltter:

This morning the animal shelter has three male, black Weimaraner Labrador mix puppies, a small male brown and black mix terrier and a black and tan Terrier mix.

Births:

A boy was born to Katie Lynn and Brian Lee Big Bow of Rocky Boy on Aug. 17, 2015.
