Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 6:53 a.m. Tuesday call from 7th Street about the calling party’s son’s vehicle being broken into and the stereo stolen.

Officers investigated a 9:55 a.m. Tuesday report at the police station of a fraudulent check.

Officers investigated a 3:32 p.m. Tuesday call from Montana State University-Northern about a stolen cellphone.

Officers investigated a 5:09 p.m. Tuesday call from Heritage Drive about someone entering the calling party’s house and taking his rings.

Andre Miguel Wilson, 32, of Burley, Idaho, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers investigated an 8:28 p.m. Tuesday call from a 2nd Street business about a man in the store wanting to speak to an officer about his warrant.

Officers investigated a 9:24 p.m. Tuesday caller report of tools missing from 11th Street.

Morgan Virgina Leistiko, 20, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of careless driving after officers responded to a 10:21 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street West business about the calling party having to take a ditch with her vehicle because a driver was talking on her cellphone. An officer made a motor vehicle stop at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday on Curve Drive and issued Leistiko the summons.

Officers investigated a 10:26 p.m. Tuesday complaint at the police station about the calling party’s 13-year-old daughter who was supposed to be at the movies, but when she went to pick her up, she and her friends weren’t there.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated an 8:11 a.m. Tuesday call from a U.S. Highway 2 West business about stolen medication.

Deputies investigated a 6:36 p.m. Tuesday call from 15th Street North about a break and enter and a theft.

Cheryl Marie Brown, 40, of Browning was served a Justice or City court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 8:32 p.m. Tuesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday.
