Angela Rose Newfield, 52, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal conduct after officers responded to an 8:07 a.m. call Tuesday.

Officers investigated a 10:25 a.m. Tuesday call from Sunnyside Intermediate School about the calling party’s son being verbally accosted at the playground.

Officers investigated a 12:12 p.m. Tuesday call from 5th Avenue about a two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash.

Officers investigated a noninjury motor vehicle crash after a 4:52 p.m. Tuesday call from 1st Street.

Officers investigated a 6:47 p.m. Tuesday call from Maple Drive about a theft of a sunflower lawn decoration.

Matthew Michael Converse, 38, of Box Elder was arrested on a state District Court warrant after officers responded to a 9:46 p.m. Tuesday call from Northern Montana Hospital about a man in the emergency room with a pick up and hold order.

Jessica Ann Eder, 33, of Wolf Point was arrested on charges of theft, disorderly conduct and trespassing after officers responded to a 10:32 p.m. Tuesday call from 1st Street about a couple of intoxicated people in a heated argument.

Officers investigated a 12:07 a.m. call this morning from 13th Street West about two men in black hoodies going through vehicles.

Thomas Jay Parker Jr., 29, of Havre was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, operating a motor vehicle with fictitious plates, criminal contempt and open container in a motor vehicle on a highway, and Dustin Mark Flying, 29, of Havre was arrested on charges of shoplifting, probation violation and obstructing a peace officer after officers responded to a 12:17 a.m. call this morning from 1st Street West about two extremely drunk men in a white Pontiac.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Ali Lopes, 19, Great Falls was served a Justice or City court warrant at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a 10:51 p.m. Tuesday call from the HCDC about an assault.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 1400 Block of 1st Street at 5:41 p.m. Tuesday to address a garbage container that was smoking. The cause is thought to be someone emptying their cigarette ashtray at the business.
