The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Virginia Seigel in April.

Merlin Don Yellowtail Jr., born in 1985, was fined $100 for minor in possession, over 18 – and still a minor at the time ticketed – and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for endangering the welfare of a child.
