Officers investigated a 1 p.m. Tuesday report of theft of a computer from a 1st Street West business.

A caller from 13th Street reported at 1:56 p.m. Tuesday receiving texted death threats, and officers investigated the incident.

Officers called to a 3rd Street disturbance at 6:43 p.m. Tuesday investigated a report that the calling party’s husband was “out of control.” An arrest was made, but no details were provided....
