Officers investigated an 8:21 a.m. Thursday call from 1st Street about a hit and run.

Officers investigated an 11:17 a.m. Thursday report at the police station about a stolen laptop.

Jacob Joseph Brisbo, 38, of Havre was arrested on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 12:39 p.m. Thursday on 8th Street.

Joseph Elliott Anderson, 25, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 7:35 p.m. Thursday at the police station.

Haley Lynn Pierson, 30, of Havre was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer after officers responded to an 8:59 p.m. Thursday call from Lincoln Avenue. The calling party reported she had been on the phone with her daughter, who was screaming and saying her husband was beating her and then the phone went dead.

Joseph Don Wetsit, 21, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after officers investigated a 12:41 a.m. call today from 4th Avenue about a disturbance.

Officers investigated a 4:54 a.m. call today from Lincoln Avenue about a man kicking in a door.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies notified Rocky Boy police after receiving a 4:58 p.m. Thursday call from Box Elder about someone finding thecalling party’s mother’s drug pipe.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Thursday and two this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 100 Block of 1st Street West at 7:12 p.m. Thursday to address a gas or garbage smell. Firefighters could not smell or find anything.
