Scott McCarthy, 32, of Machesning Park, Illinois, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers investigated a 7:44 a.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street West business about a syringe laying on the floor and the man who was using it being in the bathroom.

Officers investigated an 8:17 a.m. Thursday call from 1st Avenue about a vehicle driving on the grass again.

Officers investigated a 12:11 p.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street West business about two young children in a vehicle who are not buckled jumping all over the car. No details were provided about the arrest made.

Officers investigated a 2:04 p.m. Thursday complaint at the police station about a stolen tablet.

Joshua Charles Randa, 29, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer and on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer assisted another agency at 6:18 p.m. Thursday at 2nd Street.

Officers investigated an 8:33 p.m. Thursday call from 3rd Street about a stolen bicycle.

Darrin George Healy, 41, of Havre was arrested on charges of trespassing and criminal contempt after officers investigated a 3:30 a.m. Friday call from 1st Street Northeast about a man who needed to be removed.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 2:51 p.m. Thursday call from 23rd Avenue about helping Madison County locate a missing juvenile.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday.
