Theresa Ann Wells, 57, of Chinook was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after officers investigated a vehicle crash reported Friday at 5:04 p.m.

Officers investigated a 7:39 p.m. Friday report from 2nd Street of $100 stolen from a purse.

Nicholas Patrick Mader, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession at 8:06 p.m. Friday on 6th Street West.

Officers investigated a hit and run reported at 8:51 p.m. Friday at 6th Street West.

Leland Thomas Collins, 60, of Great Falls was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 12:43 a.m. Saturday on 2nd Street.

Thomas Fredrick Hennessy, 52, of Billings was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated by drugs or alcohol after an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity on 9th Street at 1:32 a.m. Saturday.

Officers investigated a 7:04 p.m. Saturday disturbance after a 2nd Street caller reported needing people removed from a residence.

Cody Darwin Nalder, 21, of Havre was arrested on charges of assault and criminal contempt after a 3rd Street caller reported an assault at 7:25 p.m. Saturday.

Terry Walter, 19, listed as from out of state, was issued a summons on a charge of MIP after caller from a 1st Street establishment at 10:04 p.m. Saturday reported a group of people buying and giving alcohol to a man who did not have and ID.

Rachel LeaAnn Larson, 42, was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI, failure to carry or produce proof of vehicle insurance, failure to notify owner of damage to property, failure to give notice of accident and careless driving after a 1st Street caller reported a white four-door car running into a stop sign at 10:27 p.m. Saturday.

Terry Herman Janshen, 40, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Carissa Audrean Bushard, 29, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of driving without insurance and driving with expired registration after a caller at a 1st Street business reported Sunday at 12:21 p.m. a possible underaged driver.

James David Berger Jr., 37, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after an officer initiated a motor vehicle stop at 7:52 p.m. Sunday on 7th Avenue.

Officers investigated a 9:15 p.m. Sunday report of a bag of personal items left at a 1st Street West establishment.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Stephanie Lynn Collins, 33, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after deputies served the warrants at 7:56 p.m. Saturday at a 1st Street Northeast residence.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, three calls Saturday and three calls Sunday.

A boy was born Oct. 2, 2015, to Billie Nelson and Shane Ironmaker of Havre.
