Havre Police Department

Havre police investigated the theft of a wireless speaker reported Friday at 11:01 a.m. at a 13th Street facility. An arrest was made, but no details were provided.

Toni Lynn The Boy, 47, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after officers were called to take care of a shoplifter at a 1st Street business Friday at 1:17 p.m.

Officers investigated a Friday 7:12 p.m. report of a dog struck and injured by a motorcycle at 11th Street West and Hillview.

Chad Steven Cliff, 36, of Harlem and Felipe Montes, 18, of Havre were each issued a summons at the police station on charges of theft and theft of labor or services or use of property Friday at 10:55 p.m. after a report of theft of alcohol monitoring bracelets.

Matthew Isaiah Baer, 30, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after an 8:13 a.m. Saturday 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at the police station.

Officers were called to assist another agency at Hill County Detention Center after a call reporting a fight at the detention center Saturday at 9:32 a.m.

Officers investigated a Saturday 12:07 p.m. report at the police station of a missing, possibly stolen, Social Security card.

Dace Chakota Houle, 18, of Chester was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, stop sign violation and no insurance, after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on 2nd Street at 12:39 a.m. Sunday.

Wilbur Joseph Nagle, 44, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a motor vehicle stop on 11th Street West at 3:27 a.m. Sunday.

A summons on charges of “other accident,” driving without a driver’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs was issued to a 17 year old after officers were called Sunday at 10:21 a.m. to a motor vehicle accident on 1st Street West.

Kyle Lee Lamere, 25, of Havre was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a 1st Street Northeast caller reported a trespasser Sunday at 5:33 p.m.

Officers investigated a 10:47 p.m. Sunday report that the caller could hear a woman from the railroad area yelling that she was being raped.

Officers made four arrests after being called to a 2nd Street location Sunday at 11:08 p.m. because of a report that people in a blue car were threatening the caller. One of the arrests was on charges of two counts of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer and trespass to property and on a Justice or City court warrant. No names or details on the other arrests were provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Lana Standing Chief, 34, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of driving without a driver’s license after motorists reported they were flagged down Friday at 2:40 p.m. on Clear Creek Road by a woman who said a man had taken her keys. The man said she was intoxicated.

Alisha Ann Carpenter, 28, of Poplar was issued a summons on charges of operating a vehicle without valid registration, driving without insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, during a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street at 7:23 p.m. Friday.

Deputies were called to assist another agency at Hill County Detention Center after a call reporting a fight at the detention center Saturday at 9:32 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, four Saturday, three Sunday and one this morning.

Fire crews responded to a good intent call Friday, to get an animal out of a tree. Crews also responded to a fire at 4:52 a.m. Saturday to a trailer fire. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held a female black kitten and a male black Labrador puppy.
