The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Virginia Seigel in June.

Derek Thomas Cooper, born in 1992, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 335 days suspended, for operating a vehicle with .08 percent blood alcohol concentration or greater, third offense.

Sasha Valeen Longknife, born in 1983, was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

A woman born in 1996 was fined $300 for minor in possession, under age 18 at the time charged, third offense.

Gladys Jean Flatlip, born in 1970, forfeited $185 bond, and was fined $100 and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct. In a later case, Flatlip was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended and three credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense; was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: criminal trespass to property and criminal contempt; was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct; and was ordered to pay $5 restitution on the case.

Karl Allan Larson, born in in 1969, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Adrian Louis Corcoran, born in 1991, was found guilty at a trial at which he was not present of criminal contempt and driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Emmett Lance Windyboy, born in 1993, was fined $100, ordered to pay $2,300.09 restitution, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500.

Philip Owen Kuhr, born in 1986, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct.

Dillon Joseph Pankratz, born in 1995, was fined $500 for operating a vehicle with .02 percent blood alcohol concentration, under 21 years of age, first offense, amended from aggravated driving under the influence, and was fined $100 for operating a vehicle with expired registration.

Vicki Andalina Draband, born in 1996, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Forrest RainSpirit Doney, born in 1994, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for disorderly conduct, amended from assault, purposely or knowingly making physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature.

Milo Montgomery Moore, born in 1992, was fined $500 for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, third or subsequent offense, amended from second offense.

Lena Lachelle Stiffarm, born in 1987, was fined $250 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 355 days suspended and 10 credited, for aggravated DUI and was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended and 10 credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Bryan Nicholas Ricci, born in 1989, was fined $200 for each of three charges: failing to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle, failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000 and failing to notify owner after accident resulting in damage to property or fixtures along highway; was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense; and was ordered to pay $4,733.32 restitution on the case.

Sheena Brianne Mccarthy, born in 1981, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense, and was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense.

Robert James Bonavita, born in 1982, was fined $150 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Kimberly Ann Leeds, born in 1968, was fined $100, ordered to pay $31.57 restitution, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

James Lewis Martin, born in 1995, was fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense. In a later case, Martin was fined $200 for MIP, over 18, second offense.

Talayna Jo Oats, born in 1996, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for each of two charges: MIP, first offense, and disorderly conduct.

Kelsey Ann Ward, born in 1988, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for violating speed limit near a school or senior citizen’s center, 26 mph in a 15 mph zone.

Velva Marie Bacon-Turner, born in 1960, was fined $250 and ordered to pay $812 restitution for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, fist offense.

Natasha Monique St. Pierre, born in 1984, was fined $150 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Atreau Jacob Belcourt, born in 1992, was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Clint Willis, born in 1993, was fined $100 for operating a vehicle with expired registration and was fined $150 for owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Korrin Jean Fanning, born in 1978, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for careless driving.

——

Codie Darwin Nalder, born in 1994, was fined $100, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robin Rae Myers, born in 1963, was fined $150 for owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Carol Ann Kerr, born in 1984, forfeited $100 bond for electronic communications device usage while driving.

Justin James Martin, born in 1977, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt.

Douglas Louis Standing Rock, born in 1973, was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for each of two charges: endangering the welfare of a child, first violation, and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Diane Nault, born in 1975, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Benjamin Paul Mccann, born in 1996, was fined $200 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

David Douglas Denny, born in 1995, was fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Jorrell Michael Jones, born in 1994, was fined $200, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal trespass to property.

Trina Lynn Howard, born in 1985, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

Kathy Jo Liese, born in 1986, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

Joshua David Emge, born in 1996, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Michelle Rose Jiron, born in 1991, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for failing to have a child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained.

Miguel Antonio Ley, born in 1994, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for MIP, over 18, first offense.

A boy born in 1998 was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for MIP, under 18, first offense.

Hayley Lee Demontiney, born in 1963, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. In a later case, Demontiney was fined $1,500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 suspended and three credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Lonnie Dale Azure, born in 1952, was fined $100 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Matthew Allen Bell, born in 1982, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct.

Raymond Windyboy, born in 1962, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, five days suspended, for disorderly conduct. In a later case, Windyboy was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 suspended and four credited for criminal contempt. In a subsequent case, Windyboy was sentenced to 10 days in jail, three days credited, for disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 180 days in jail for criminal contempt.

Sundance Heavyrunner, born in 1976, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 14 credited, for criminal contempt, and was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of three more counts of criminal contempt.

Jeremy Luke Means, born in 1986, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

Lakota Cree Shields, born in 1996, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal contempt and was fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense. In a later case, Shields was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct; was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt; and was fined $200 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Reuben Jesse Gillian, born in 1983, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

Cheryl Marie Brown, born in 1974, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct. In a later case, Brown was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal contempt.

Gordon James Bacon, born in 1979, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal trespass and was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

Rueban Loran Stump, born in 1974, was fined $185 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for open container.

——

Chad Steven Cliff, born in 1978, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

——

Kyle Jerome Medicinebear, born in 1991, was fined $100, sentenced to 365 days in jail, 362 days suspended and three credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for partner or family member assault, causing injury.

Austin Jayde Valencia, born in 1996, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for criminal contempt and fined $200 for MIP, over 18, second offense.

Edward George Lavallie, born in 1956, was fined $100 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 362 days suspended and three credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury.

Christina Faith Eagleman, born in 1993, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: criminal contempt and social host; was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct; and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

Keenan Lewis Doney, born in 1990, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct and was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for resiting arrest.

Joseph Don Wetsit, born in 1994, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for each of four charges: three counts of criminal contempt and one count obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Jesse Rodriguez, born in 1962, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days credited, for disorderly conduct.

In June, Judge Seigel also dealt with 37 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, as well as 16 charges that were dismissed by her or the prosecution. Seigel transferred seven citations to another court, four citations were deferred by the prosecution and four suspended sentences or deferred impositions of sentencing were revoked and reinstated.
