Welch-Neiffer engagement

Darla Welch and Steve Neiffer are pleased to announce their engagement.

Welch, the daughter of Roger and Karen (Bowen) Galland, is a 1990 graduate of Havre High School and works as a Havre Public Schools paraprofessional.

Neiffer, son of the late Aurthur and Cora Neiffer, came from Glendive and graduated from Montana State University-Northern. He owns Bergren Transmission and Auto Care.

The couple plans to marry July 9 in Beaver Creek Park and will continue to reside in Havre.
