Officers investigated a 3:45 a.m. Wednesday report at the police station that a man was sending the caller threatening text messages.

Officers investigated a 6th Avenue report Wednesday at 6:31 p.m. that a miniature pinscher was left outside in the cold.

Two arrests were made after a caller on 4th Avenue reported at 8:07 p.m. Wednesday two women fighting. No further information was provided about the arrests.

Officers investigated a debit card fraud reported Thursday at 2:46 a.m. from 5th Street.

Officers investigated a report of a dog bite from 2nd Street at 5:07 p.m. Thursday. The caller said she had the vaccination papers for the dog.

Officers investigated a 10:18 p.m. Thursday report from a 1st Street West of a stolen cell phone.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies responded to a request to assist a citizen on 4th Street North at 7:17 p.m. Wednesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday and two calls Thursday.

A boy was born Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015, to Jillian and Brady Allen of Havre.
