Dane Warp named Central A Offensive MVP; 13 Ponies garner All-Conference honors
Havre High senior quarterback Dane Warp was named Central A Offensive MVP for the third straight year. He was also First-Team All-Conference four consecutive seasons.
The Havre High football team may not have won the Class A state championship this season, but that doesn't change the fact that the Blue Ponies had a successful campaign and won their first Central A conference championship since 2011.
HHS rolled through conference play and posted a perfect 4-0 record on its way to an overall mark of 8-3. The Ponies didn't finish the way they wanted to, losing 43-8 to Dillon in the Class A semifinals. But, when the 2015 Central A All-Conference team was announced and it was filled with Ponies, it served as a reminder of just how good Havre was in 2015.
