Rosette gets 38 months in prison for Rocky Boy bribery

Timothy Warren Rosette, 52, of Box Elder, a former director of the Chippewa Cree Tribe road branch, was sentenced to 38 months in federal prison Thursday for taking bribes.

He had earlier pleaded guilty to two counts of bribery and one count of theft from an Indian organization.

He will also serve two years of supervised release and have to pay $600,000 restitution to the tribe.
