Havre Police Department

Raistlen Paul Katka, 23, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after an officer served the warrants on Boulevard Avenue Friday at 9:13 a.m.

An arrest was made after a caller at a 1st Street business reported a theft Friday at 11:07 a.m. No information was provided on the charges.

Officers investigated a report of a motor vehicle crash at a 1st Street West business at 12:12 p.m. Friday.

Officers made 11 motor vehicle stops between 12:24 and 3:03 p.m. Friday, issuing a summons during each stop. No details about the summonses were provided.

Albert Leo Colantuono, 21, of Gildford was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, seat belt violation and improper left turn, after an officer initiated a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street at 1:17 p.m. Friday.

Darren Wayne Keith, 29, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt, aggravated burglary and criminal mischief, and Natasha Rose Lohman, 24, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court, after a 2nd Street caller reported a burglary in progress at 1:52 p.m. Friday.

Nathan Danridge Brown, 42, of Great Falls was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and driving without insurance, first offense, after an officer initiated a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street Friday at 11:51 p.m.

Brenda Elizabeth Barber, 41, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller asked for assistance removing a woman from a 1st Street establishment Saturday at 12:16 a.m.

Austin Jayde Valencia, 19, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, two counts of criminal contempt, criminal mischief and minor in possession, and Kyle Bear, 24, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt, after someone stopped at the police station Saturday at 12:21 a.m. looking for assistance.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of driving without a driver’s license; Leslie Annette Crazyboy, 36, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of permitting an unauthorized minor to drive and criminal contempt; and a 14-year-old was issued a summons on charges of violation of conditions or release and juvenile curfew violations, after an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity at 9th Avenue and 6th Street Saturday at 2:12 a.m.

Daniel James Stygles, 28, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault after a 3rd Street caller reported a domestic disturbance Saturday at 2:31 a.m.

Officers investigated an 11:32 a.m. Saturday request from 6th Avenue to speak to an officer.

Officers investigated a report of a computer theft at 2:27 p.m. Saturday on 12th Avenue.

Officers investigate a request at the police station for assistance Saturday at 3:38 p.m.

Officers investigated a request Saturday at 7:11 p.m. at the police station for help with a parenting plan issue.

Officers investigated a 9 p.m. Saturday request at the police station for assistance with a temporary restraining order.

Keith James Green, 30, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, stop sign violation and open container in a motor vehicle violation after an officer initiated a motor vehicle stop on 5th Avenue at 2:11 a.m. Sunday.

Thomas Mark Mohar, 24, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner of family member assault after an officer was flagged down on 8th Avenue at 12:35 p.m. Sunday to investigate a disturbance.

Matthew Isaiah Baer, 31, of Havre was arrested on charges of shoplifting and criminal contempt after a caller at a 1st Street business reported a shoplifter Sunday at 5:40 p.m.

A 16-year-old was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault after a 16th Street West caller reported a disturbance Sunday at 6:13 p.m.

Officers investigated a report of a disturbance Saturday at 7:35 p.m. on 3rd Street.

James Jacob Bauer, 33, of Havre was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest, open container in the city and two counts of assault after a 3rd Street caller reported at 8:19 p.m. Sunday being harassed by a man.

Lindsey Rae Houle, 27, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller reported a woman with no shoes walking eastbound on 1st Street at 1:21 a.m. Today.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies stopped a vehicle on 1st Street Saturday morning at 12:56 a.m. and issued the following: a summons to a 16-year-old boy from Havre on the charge of curfew violaiton, no insurance, third or more offense, and "other" and probation violation; a summons to a 15-year-old girl on the charge of juvenile curfew and probation volation; and a summons to a 12-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy each on curfew violation charge.

Deputies arrested 26-year-old Keiffer Terrance Nordgulen of Havre Sunday at 12:45 a.m. at a 1st Street establishment on a state District Court warrant.

Havre Fire Department

Fire crews responded to a call Friday on the 100 Block of 1st Avenue West at 2:37 p.m., where a gas odor was reported. NorthWestern Energy arrived and found a leaking meter. Meter was fixed and no futher action was necessary.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, eight calls Saturday and three Sunday.
