Havre Police Department

A 14-year-old was arrested Friday for charges of unauthorized use of motor vehicle, driving without a driver’s license, violations of condition of release and probation violation when a caller from 16th Street West notified officers at 6:09 a.m. the juvenile and a vehicle were missing from the residence.

A 6th Street caller notified officers Friday at 11:07 a.m. of a chainsaw found in the middle of the road. The phone number on the tag did not work and officers are investigating.

A 10th Avenue caller reported that a red huffy bike had been “sitting there” for days and wanted it picked up Friday at 12:28 p.m.

Officers investigated a call from a U.S. Highway 2 East business reporting a semitractor-trailer backed up and hit their overhead door Friday at 12:36 p.m.

Jaret Jamaal Blackcrow, 23, of Hays was arrested Friday on charges of assault with a weapon, partner or family member assault and assault with bodily fluid after a 6:50 p.m. call from a 1st Street Northeast address.

Officers arrested David Dodson, 35, of Havre on charges of obstructing a peace officer and criminal trespass to property after a caller from 1st Street West establishment reported that “bartender needs male removed” at 11:28 p.m. Friday.

Thirty-three-year-old Timothy Ryan Smith of Havre was issued a summons on charges of criminal contempt after failing to show up to 24/7 Sobriety Program test Saturday at 8:08 a.m.

Veronica Lynn Huntley, 21, of Havre was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant after officers were called Saturday at 11:07 a.m. to a domestic disturbance at a 2nd Street office.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance call from a 4th Street address that was made Saturday at 11:35 a.m.

Officers investigated a crash where a red pickup truck ran into a fire hydrant and street and stop signs on 1st Street and then left the scene. The call was made Saturday at 2:01 p.m.

Jacob James Bauer, 33, of Havre was arrested Sunday after failing to show up to a 24/7 Sobriety Program test. The complaint was filed at 8:03 a.m.

Officers issued a summons to 33-year-old Jennifer Gale Thomas of Havre on charges of permitting unauthorized minor to drive, after a 12:12 p.m. Sunday call reporting a two-vehicle noninjury crash.

Two 5th Avenue parties called to report that a “white truck hit a house.” Officers investigated the crash.

A 15th Street party called officers Sunday at 2:47 p.m. to report “someone shooting their animals and poisoning their cat.”

Officers investigated a crash where a Jeep was T-boned by a truck at 1st Street and 6th Avenue at 3:52 p.m. Sunday.

Clayton John Allery, 21, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of driving without insurance, and Casey Reed Arensmeyer, 32, of Havre a summons on charges of failure to carry or produce insurance after a 6:24 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street address reporting that a town taxi was backed into by a blue pickup. Neither had enough damage to be a reportable crash.

James Allen Dominick, 43, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a 10:56 p.m. Sunday complaint from Smithville Road.

Officers investigated a call from a Washington Avenue address at 4:09 a.m. today reporting a stolen vehicle.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a U.S. Highway 87 report made Friday at 2:48 p.m. of “stolen stuff.”

Leah Huntley, 37, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and on a City Court warrant and two Justice or City court warrants after deputies responded to a 4th Street North residence after a caller reported Friday at 5:16 p.m. a female was saying she had been assaulted.

Deputies investigated a 5:18 p.m. Saturday report of female shoplifters at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Jeffrey Spencer Stacy, 40, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and driving without vehicle insurance, after deputies were called Sunday at 12:29 a.m. to assist another agency on Highway 87 heading north from Box Elder.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, two calls Saturday and three calls Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a 2:36 p.m. Sunday call on the 2000 Block of 5th Avenue where a vehicle ran into a house. There was a lot of damage to the house and two people were taken to the hospital. There were no electrical issues or gas leaks.

Fire crews responded to a 10:28 p.m. Sunday call to check out a gas leak on the 1300 Block of 4th Street. The meter did verify a gas leak. NorthWestern Energy turned everything off and it was decided that a new heater is needed.

——

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, four Saturday and one Sunday.
