Nikki Marie Snell, 30, of Fort Belknap was arrested on a federal warrant after someone from a 10th Street West address reported having “located the felon” at 10:38 a.m. Thursday.

Barbara Fisk Johnson, 72, of Havre was arrested on charges of shoplifting and criminal mischief or vandalism at a 1st Street business after someone at the address reported a shoplifter Thursday at 11:34 a.m.

Officers investigated a theft after someone called from a 2nd Street address Thursday at 11:43 a.m. to report that “someone broke into his rent box.”

Officers investigated a crash at a Wilson Avenue address after a caller reported Thursday at 2:10 p.m. that someone hit the light pole near his residence.

Officers arrested Jaime Lynn Windyboy, 33, of Havre at a 1st Street West establishment at 4:40 p.m. Thursday on four charges of possession of dangerous drugs, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and a charge of probation violation.

Police made three arrests at 7th Street and 5th Avenue after a caller reported Thursday at 9:04 p.m. that a man had been stabbed; details were not provided.

Tevin Horn, 20, of Hays was issued a summons on a charge of criminal mischief or vandalism after someone from a 2nd Street address requested to speak with an officer at 11:02 p.m. Thursday.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after someone from a 1st Street business reported Saturday at 6:11 p.m. that a Dodge truck “rammed into a light pole.”

Sean Ryan Runsthrough, 30, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after a call from an 11th Street West address Saturday at 9:14 p.m. reported a male destroying an apartment door and verbally threatening the caller’s wife.

Everson Mosquito, 22, of Havre was arrested on two charges of criminal contempt and a charge of possession of dangerous drugs Saturday at 11:32 p.m. at a 1st Street establishment.

Officers investigated a theft case after someone from a 1st Street establishment called Sunday at 12:35 p.m. to report that a male left without paying for food.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Michael John Sharp, 26, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal mischief, after a 7th Avenue North caller reported vandalism Friday at 3:52 a.m.

Deputies investigated a Friday 6 p.m. complaint from 11th Street North that the caller’s friend “came flying into his driveway being chased by a 2 door white car with two males inside” who reportedly pulled a shotgun on the friend then left.

Russell Wayne Williams, 61, of Havre was arrested on a charge of DUI, drugs or alcohol, during a motor vehicle stop on 6th Street North Friday at 8:14 p.m.

Deputies investigated an 8:49 p.m. report Saturday of shoplifting incident at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Jacob Ryan Murie, 37, of Box Elder was arrested at Hill County Detention Center on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday, two Friday, four Saturday, three Sunday and one today.

Fire crews responded to a call Saturday at 12:16 p.m. on the 1100 Block of Lincoln Avenue to check on an individual who hadn’t been seen in a while. The person allowed fire personnel in and was OK.

Fire crews responded to a call Sunday at 7:01 p.m. on the 400 Block of Main Street, where a dumpster caught on fire. The fire was extinguished and the reason for it was not established.
