Officers investigated a report of a theft at an 11th Street West business called in at 6:32 a.m. Thursday.

Officers investigated a report made at the police station Thursday at 9:55 a.m. about a cat that had been shot with a pellet gun.

Officers investigated an 11:49 a.m. Thursday report of a TV stolen from a 1st Street business.

Officers investigated a report of a broken vehicle window on Grant Avenue called in at 12:07 p.m. Thursday.

James Daniel Reynolds, 23, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the police station Thursday at 1:52 p.m.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle noninjury crash on 4th Street reported at 2:02 p.m. Thursday.

Keenan Travis Blackbird, 18, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant Thursday at 4:13 p.m. on 3rd Street

Michelle Nichole Healy, 34, of Lodge Pole was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 4:45 p.m. on 1st Street Northeast.

Joseph Hershiel Latray, 29, of Fort Belknap was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt and Tonya Rae Thunderhawk, 34, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt Thursday at 5:33 p.m. after a 2nd Street caller reported a woman who was not supposed to be drinking.

Dana Jerel Webber, 43, of Kent, Washington, was arrested on a charge of assault, after he reported from 14th Avenue Thursday at 7:05 p.m. that a man had been assaulted.

Officers investigated a report of a theft called in at 1:54 a.m. today from a 1st Street business.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An arrest was made after a U.S. Highway 2 Northeast caller reported an assault at 11:36 a.m. Thursday. No further information was provided about the arrest.

Deputies responded to a request to help remove a man from an 11th Street North location Thursday at 4:47 p.m.

Patrick Howard St. Marks, 50, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and driving without vehicle insurance, first offense, during a motor vehicle stop Thursday at 10:48 p.m..

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Thursday and one Friday. Fire crews were called to the 200 Block of 1st Street Thursday in response to a gas smell at an outside gas meter. Gas detectors didn't sense an odor, but NorthWestern Energy personnel tightened a nut as a precaution.
