A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of curfew violation after someone from a 10th Street West address called Friday at 9:17 a.m. to report that the granddaughter had not come home.

Officers investigated a report of theft after someone from a 1st Street West business reported Friday at 12:52 p.m. that a male and female stole something from the store and got into a gold-colored car.

David Alan Skinner, 65, of Havre was arrested on charges of violation of condition release and criminal contempt and on a state District Court warrant Friday at 9:47 p.m. at Northern Montana Hospital.

Officers investigated a report of trespass after someone from a Cypress Drive address called Friday at 11:46 p.m. to report that a male was trying to enter the house.

Officers investigated a report of theft from a 1st Street business after someone called Friday at 11:59 p.m. to report that a woman with black hair and wearing all black took two six-packs of Twisted Tea.

Joshua Cornell Merasty, 35, of Havre was arrested on a charge of non-aggravated partner or family member assault after someone from a 11th Street West address called Saturday at 2:12 a.m. to report that the couple upstairs was fighting.

Officers investigated a report made at the police department Saturday at 10:42 p.m. that the reporting party's ex took her vehicle.

Officers arrested Leland Thomas Collins, 60, of Harlem on a charge of criminal contempt after he called from a 2nd Street business Sunday morning at 1:05 to report that he wanted a woman removed from his room.

Matthew Isaiah Baer, 31, of Havre was arrested Sunday at 7:57 a.m. on two charges of criminal contempt relating to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

An officer initiated the arrest of Priscilla Rae Strike, 28, of Havre Sunday at 12:52 p.m. somewhere west of Northern Montana Hospital on four Justice or City court warrants.

John T. Harding, 36, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of careless driving and stop sign violation after someone from n 18th Street West and College Hill address reported an erratic driver Sunday at 1:16 p.m.

Officers investigated a report of shoplifting after a caller from a 1st Street West address Sunday at 11:33 p.m. reported that someone stole a can of beer.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a report of theft after someone from Box Elder Schools called Friday at 1:59 p.m. to report that the starter and batteries were missing out of a bus.

Deputies investigated a report of theft after someone from a U.S. Highway 2 East address called Friday at 6:09 p.m. to report a stolen pickup.

Anthony Terry Enemyhunter, 28, of Havre was arrested on charges of residence burglary and theft and on a Justice or City court warrant after a report of a theft Friday at 10:39 p.m.

Wendy Michelle Jones, 35, of Big Sandy was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 3:46 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Seneca Lerae Tyner, 38, of Box Elder was arrested Saturday at 5:12 p.m. on three Justice or City court warrants at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, five on Saturday and one Sunday.
