Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash at 5th Avenue and 5th Street after a caller reported it Monday at 7:43 a.m. No injuries were reported.

Kevin Gene Tomaskie, 42, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City warrant Monday at 8:32 at the police station.

Officers investigated a report of theft and other possible suspicious activity after a caller at a 1st Street business called Monday at 3:40 p.m. to ask officers to search her car. The caller said her ex-husband had it and he was a drug user. Someone also told the caller that the Sirius radio and speakers were stolen out of it.

A caller reported a crash between a van and a pickup truck Monday at 8:58 p.m. near a 1st Street West business. No injuries were reported.

Timothy Shawn Anderson, 25, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to property after a caller from a Jefferson Avenue address reported Monday 9:02 p.m. that an intoxicated man was “pounding” on her door and he wouldn’t leave.

Officers investigated a shoplifting report after a caller at a 1st Street West business reported Monday at 9:16 p.m. that an employee and another man were arguing about missing items.

Officers investigated a report of theft after someone from a 11th Street West business reported a beer theft Monday at 10:58 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies responded to a 1 p.m. Monday call from a U.S. Highway 2 West business that a wallet with drug “stuff” was found at the business.

Deputies at the detention center Monday at 2:27 p.m. served a warrant to Gary Blake Whitford, 29, of Great Falls. No further information about the warrant was listed on the dispatch log
