Virginia Clara “Ginny” Wanner, 79, died Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016, at her home in Billings, Montana of natural causes. Her memorial service will be 10 a.m. Monday Feb. 1, 2016 at the Smith Funeral Home Downtown Chapel with Chaplin Richard Vettel –Becker officiating. A private family burial will follow in Havre this summer .
