Officers investigated a report of theft after a caller from a 1st Street Northeast address called Monday at 9:49 p.m. to report that the door was unlocked and the TV was missing.

Samuel Clearance Wells, 58, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant this morning at 2:01 on 1st Street after an officer initiated the arrest.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies issued two summonses at Box Elder High School after receiving a call Monday at 2:43 p.m. about someone committing drug offenses.

Deputies investigated a report of theft after a caller from a 5th Street North address reported Monday at 9:13 p.m. that something was stolen from his house.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday.

Fire personnel investigated one fire call Monday and no further action was necessary.
