The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Virginia Seigel in August.

A woman born in 1990 was fined $100 for minor in possession, under age 18, at the time charged, first offense. In a subsequent case, the woman was fined $100 for MIP, under 18 at the time charged, first offense.

A man born in 1991 was fined $100 for MIP, at the time charged, over 18, first offense.

Kevin Wayne Coleman, born in 1985, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 173 days suspended and three credited, for driving under the influence, second offense; was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, third or subsequent offense; and was fined $100 for operating a vehicle which has not been registered.

Allen Patrick Romero, born in 1961, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. In a later case, he was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal contempt.

Brian George Gilmartin, born in 1940, was found guilty of nuisance animal and animals running at large, no fine or sentence listed. In a later bench trial, he was again found guilty of animals running at large, no fine or sentence listed.

A boy born in 1997 was fined $300 for MIP, under 18, third offense.

Joey Ray Azure, born in 1994, was fined $200 for MIP, over 18, second offense.

Lance Udell Stump, born in 1987, was fined $300 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited for partner or family member assault, causing injury.

Jayde Ray Azure-Denny, born in 1994, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail for each of two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, first violation. In a later case, Azure-Denny was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

Niles Duane Stiffarm, born in 1992, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Gina Marie Griggs, born in 1995, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100, and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of marijuana, first offense.

Lyndell Stump, born in 1989, forfeited $200 bond for driving without a valid driver’s license and forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Sheron Faye Saddler, born in 1994, was fined $100 and ordered to pay $200 restitution for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Jenell Rene Leo, born in 1976, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct, amended from criminal trespass to property.

Elmo Francis Bailey Jr., born in 1965, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days credited, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, amended from third offense.

Sunny Raye Ramirez, born in 1980, was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

A boy born in 1997 was fined $200 for MIP, under 18, second offense.

Sean Ryan Runsthrough, born in 1985, was fined $25 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct.

Lance Udell Stump, born in 1987, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal trespass to property.

Anne Laura Fenner, born in 1980, was fined $350 for failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

A boy born in 1998 was fined $200 for MIP, under 18, first offense.

Mavis Lynn Cochran, born in 1967, was fined $500 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 335 days suspended and 30 credited, for partner or family member assault, apprehension of injury.

Cheryl Marie Brown, born in 1974, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 173 days suspended and seven credited, for criminal contempt; was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct; and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, all days suspended, for open container. In a later case, Brown was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 163 days suspended and two credited, for criminal contempt.

Glenn Scott Patterson, born in 1960, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for criminal trespass to property.

Stella Rose Bishop, born in 1984, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for each of two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

Carrie Lyn Gartner, born in 1982, forfeited $100 bond for disorderly conduct. In a later case, Gartner forfeited $100 bond for disorderly conduct. In a subsequent case, Gartner forfeited an unlisted amount of bond for disorderly conduct.

Phillip Scott Stewart, born in 1960, was fined $300 for vicious animals.

Jemcer Francisco Nelson, born in 1992, was fined $350 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense; was fined $50 for failure to yield to vehicle on the right; and was ordered to pay $4,328 restitution on the case.

Keenan Lewis Doney, born in 1990, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $350 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt. In a later case, Doney was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: criminal trespass to property and criminal contempt.

Matthew Dean Weaving, born in 1992, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: unlawful transactions with children, first violation, and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Canda Marsha McCully, born in 1985, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, no fine or sentence listed, and was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Sarah Ashley Machado, born in 1988, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

Cory Julia Carrywater, born in 1997, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one.

Danelle Stanley, born in 1972, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended for each of two charges: criminal trespass to property and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. In a later case, Stanley was ordered to pay $1.49 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property. In a subsequent case, Stanley was fined $500 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 335 days suspended, for partner or family member assault, causing injury, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

A girl born in 2001 was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one.

Artie Warren Hoops, born in 1992, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $50 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct.

Kurt Allan Eagleman, born in 1979, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for each of two charges: carrying a concealed weapon while under the influence and while having a valid permit, and carrying a concealed weapon in a prohibited place.

A boy born in 1999 was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for MIP, under 18, first offense.

Barbara Jean Anderson, born in 1961, was fined $150 for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

Amber Lee Wells, born in 1980, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Samuel Clearance Wells, born in 1957, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, no fine or sentence listed.

Robert Joseph Sunchild, born in 1982, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 166 days suspended and 14 credited, for criminal contempt.

Curran William Anderson, born in 1992, was fined $150 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Jacob Cole Crebs, born in 1991, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for each of two charges: obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, and was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Harrison Blaine Demontiney, born in 1990, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense; and was fined $100 for displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle.

Russell Trevor Jensen, born in 1996, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to one day in jail for disorderly conduct.

Brandt Matthew Miller, born in 1994, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct and was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for resisting arrest.

Rayell Marie Littlebird, born in 1991, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Gladys Jean Flatlip, born in 1970, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal contempt.

Rick Doug Greensky, born in 1957, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

Elija Blu Eagleman, born in 1987, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct; was fined $840 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt; and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: resisting arrest and assault.

Bruce Wayne Bauer, born in 1968, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended, for disorderly conduct and was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for theft of lost or mislaid property.

Anthea Jane Gwinn, born in 1982, was fined $25 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for criminal contempt and was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct.

Orin Tyler Alexander, born in 1975, was fined $100 for open container. In a later case, Alexander was fined $200 for open container.

Mercedes Rose Mcdowell, born in 1995, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Isiah James Murie, born in 1996, forfeited $250 bond for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Kyle Levi Hart, born in 1993, was fined $150 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Victor Edward King, born in 1988, was fined $150 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Edna Fay Miller, born in in 1934, was fined $100 for driving without a valid driver’s license and fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Katelyn Nicole Springer, born in 1993, forfeited $100 bond for open container.

Christopher Michael Linderman, born in 1978, forfeited $100 bond for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Tialisa Lynn Lucas, born in 1993, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for false reports to law enforcement authorities.

Chan Bigknife, born in 1972, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, seven days suspended and three credited, for disorderly conduct.

Maximo S. Luis-Antonio, born in 1993, was fined $100 for speeding, 42 in a 25 mph zone, and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 363 days suspended and one credited, for aggravated DUI, first offense.

Everson Mosquito, born in 1993, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $50 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: violation of a no contact order and criminal contempt.

James Jesus Mcdonald, born in 1989, forfeited $100 bond for disorderly conduct.

Landin John Gwynn, born in 1983, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 362 days suspended and two credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury.

Shawna Faye Daychild, born in 1991, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

In August, Judge Seigel also dealt with 40 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, as well as 13 charges that were dismissed by her or the prosecution. Three citations were deferred by the prosecution and three were voided by the ticketing agency.
