Aaron Carl Lamere, 34, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after the theft was reported Wednesday 4:24 p.m. at the police station.

During a motor vehicle stop on 2nd Street Wednesday at 6:41 p.m., Janna Lea Chavez, 51, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of driving without a driver’s license, and Sherry Bernita Spang, 39, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant.
