NorthWestern: Fed rules would damage Montana

NorthWestern Energy hosted a cocktail gathering in the Havre Historic Post Office Tuesday where representatives spoke to community leaders about the diverse energy portfolio used to serve more than half a million Montana customers and how proposed federal regulations will have damaging effects to Montana customers.

Butch Larcombe, NorthWestern Energy spokesperson, said the company wants the U.S Environmental Protection Agency to delay implementation of the demanding Clean Power Plan and recognize the investments in renewable energy the company has already made.
