Officers investigated a report of theft after a caller reported to the police department Friday at 9:24 a.m. that pills were taken from his vehicle.

Leroy Michael Stiffarm, 50, of Havre was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and charges of disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after a caller from the a U.S. Highway 2 business reported Friday at 10:31 a.m. that a “very intoxicated male in all black” was rolling around on the sidewalk outside the casino.
