Havre Police Department

Roger George Miller, 32, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller from a 2nd Street business asked Monday at 2:49 p.m. for an officer to stop by.

Officers initiated an arrest Monday at 3:43 p.m. near 2nd Street. No further information was provided.

Officers investigated a report of theft after a caller from a 1st Street West called Monday at 8:45 p.m. to report missing medication.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after someone near College Park Plaza reported Monday at 8:45 p.m. that a man was destroying property in the front area.

Auybre Kari Sutherland, 18, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller reported Monday at 9:41 p.m. from Northern Montana Hospital that her son was assaulted by his girlfriend.

Officers initiated the arrest of Logon Michael James Brockie, 27, of Hays this morning at 1:16 on charges of obstructing a peace officer, criminal contempt and driving without insurance near Optimist Park.

Officers initiated the arrest of Daniel Jake Waldner, 32, of Havre this morning at 1:57 on a charge of criminal mischief in a 1st Street establishment.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a request for assistance after a caller from 32nd Avenue and 7th Street reported Monday at 2:58 p.m. needing help with a rental mobile home.

Raymond Windyboy, 54, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller from a U.S. Highway 87 South business reported Monday at 9:59 p.m. that there was a man who has been asked to leave bothering people.

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday.
