Jonathan Seaton, 23, of Havre was issued a summons on a traffic crime charge after an officer investigated suspicious activity Tuesday at 9:07 p.m. near 16th Avenue.

An officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity this morning at 1:28 on 9th Avenue Northwest and arrested Lynn Rose Werk, 28, of Havre on charges of obstructing a peace officer and a probation violation.
