A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of driving without a license and a child restraint violation after a caller from a 1st Street West business reported Monday at 11:21 a.m. that there was an unrestrained 2-year-old in a passenger seat.

Mark Mitchell Roubidoux, 72, of Wolf Point was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller reported Monday at 12:42 p.m. that someone was smoking on the Amtrak train.

Officers investigated a report of a stolen cell phone after a caller from the Hill County Library filed a complaint Monday at 1:08 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Wilson Avenue caller complained Monday at 4:32 p.m. that something had been stolen from his truck.

Officers arrested two people after a caller from a 1st Street Northeast address reported Monday at 10:06 a fight. Nicole Lynn Brown, 30, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and disorderly conduct, and Leena Galan Healy, 21, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to property.

Heather Rose Cochran, 27, of Harlem was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller from a 2nd Street location reported this morning at 12:13 that people were fighting in the alley.

Sheriff’s dispatch log reported no investigations or arrests.

Emergency personnel responded to one call Monday.
