Officers investigated after a Lincoln Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 6:43 a.m. that their pickup truck was not in the garage.

Officers investigated after someone came to the police station Wednesday at 7:50 a.m. to report a stolen check.

An officer issued two summons Wednesday at 12:04 p.m. on 2nd Street. A 16-year-old received a summons on a charge of driving without a driver’s license, and Zack Lee Ambler, 20, of Havre was issued a summons for driving without insurance and permitting an unauthorized minor to drive.

Officers investigated after a 4th Street caller reported Wednesday at 12:29 p.m. that a vehicle backed into another.

Officers investigated after a caller at the care center reported Wednesday at 2:14 p.m. that people pawned her belongings while she was in the care center.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle motor vehicle crash between a Pontiac Sunfire and a Dodge Ram Wednesday at 5:29 p.m. near 5th Avenue. No injuries were reported.

An officer looking into suspicious activity at Town Square this morning at 1:35 arrested Jacob Scott Messerly, 21, of Havre on a Justice or City court warrant and issued a summons to Samuel Braxton Mix, 20, of Havre on a charge of minor in possession.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated Wednesday at 6:56 p.m. a burglary near Phelps Road. No further details were provided.

Deputies investigated a disturbance on 10th Avenue North after a caller who was “screaming” reported Wednesday at 10:10 p.m. that someone was beating her up.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday.

Fire crews responded to a fire call Wednesday at 1:20 p.m. at the 5020 Block of Tracy Lane. A defective carbon monoxide detector was replaced after being found to be faulty.

A boy was born Monday, April 18, 2016, to Kimberly Toavs and Anthony Rucinsky of Havre.
