John Curtis Striker Jr., 43, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a 10th Street West caller reported a noise complaint Tuesday at 9:14 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a theft of a dump truck reported from a U.S. Highway 2 West business Tuesday at 11:35 a.m.

Thomas Mitchell Koop, 41, of Box Elder was issued a summons on charges of violation of protective order, burglary of a residence, partner or family member assault, criminal mischief, assault with a weapon and theft after a disturbance was called in from U.S. Highway 87 Tuesday at 1:43 p.m.

Jordan Keith Ahenakew, 24, of Box Elder was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a state District Court warrant Tuesday at 7:05 p.m. after being transported from Rocky Boy Police Department to Hill County Detention Center.

Timothy Ryan Smith, 33, of Havre was arrested on six Justice or City court warrants after an 11th Street North caller reported his location Tuesday at 11:39 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday and one today, and fire crews responded Tuesday to a fire alarm that turned out to be a false alarm.
