Satellite voting office set for Rocky Boy

Hill and Chouteau counties have arrived at an agreement with the Chippewa Cree of Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation to have a temporary satellite election office in the lead up to this June's primary elections.

The office, which will be operated by officials from both counties, will allow residents from within reservation boundaries and elsewhere within the counties to access late registration and absentee voting services.

Chippewa Cree Chairman Ken St. Marks made the announcement during an event at Stone Child College last Thursday.
