Officers investigated after a caller from Head Start School reported Friday at 8:12 a.m. that the north side of the building had been vandalized.

Emmett Lance Windyboy, 23, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 3:58 p.m. on 1st Street.

Roberto Corona Jr., 35, of Miami was arrested on charges of a stop sign violation and driving under the influence during a motor vehicle stop Sunday at 12:08 a.m. on 2nd Avenue.

Jeana Lucero Granados, 24, of Havre was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller from a 9th Avenue Northwest address reported Sunday at 2:41 a.m. that a woman was yelling again.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a 2nd Street caller reported Sunday at 2:15 p.m. that her window was damaged.

Jade Anthony Failing, 25, of Havre was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a 1st Street Northeast caller reported Sunday at 8:13 p.m. that two females were arguing.

Officers investigated a theft report after a 2nd Street caller Sunday at 8:13 p.m. a stolen laptop.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a 17th Street West caller reported Sunday at 11:53 p.m. that two people pulled up to her house, smashed a car window and left.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a theft report after a caller from a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Friday at 2:16 p.m. that an employee was stealing.

Cindy Roberts Stidham, 50, of Havre was issued a summons on an endangering the welfare of children charge after a 6th Street North caller reported that kids were playing in the road.

Deputies investigated an assault Saturday at 1:21 p.m. at the Holiday Village Mall. No further information was provided.

Deputies investigated a complaint after a Rudyard caller reported Saturday at 6:21 p.m. that someone shot his cat.

Brandon Cole Velasquez, 20, of Box Elder was transported from Rocky Boy to Hill County Detention Center Sunday at 10:56 p.m. and arrested on a pick up and hold order.

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday, one call Saturday, two calls Sunday and one today.
