Havre Police Department

Curtis Wayne Stanley, 50, of Havre was arrested for violation of conditions release Monday at 9:05 a.m. on 1st Avenue.

Two 16-year-olds and a 15-year-old were each issued summonses on a charge of garbage littering after a caller from Optimist Park reported Monday at 11:06 a.m. that three or four boys were lighting fireworks off in the bathroom.

Jaime Lynn Windyboy, 34, of Havre was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of paraphernalia and violations of conditions release after officers were called to assist probation and parole on Boulevard Avenue Monday at 11:40 a.m.

A motor vehicle crash was investigated after a caller on 1st Street West reported the incident Monday at 2:43 p.m.

Damian Michael Bartel, 24, of Havre was issued a summons after a caller on 11th Street West reported Monday at 5:06 p.m. that a man and a woman in a Monte Carlo had been arguing and the man had been driving recklessly.

A motor vehicle crash was investigated Monday at 6:55 p.m. near the Hospital Park ball fields by Northern Montana Hospital. No injuries were reported.

A two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash was investigated after a caller from the hospital reported the incident Monday at 8:18 p.m.

Officers investigated an auto theft report after a 2nd Street caller reported Monday at 10:03 p.m. that an employee took his pickup truck without permission.

Samuel Clearance Wells, 59, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, revocation of suspended or deferred sentence and violation of conditions release after a 3rd Street caller reported this morning at 4:28 that a man in an orange jacket “came banging on her door saying someone in her house needed to speak with him.”

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies made an arrest on a warrant Monday at 4:13 p.m. on 8th Avenue West.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls yesterday and one this morning.

Fire crews responded to a call on the 0 Block of 19th Avenue Monday at 8:19 a.m. after someone reported a gas odor. NorthWestern Energy repaired a fitting on a heater and no further action was necessary.

Births

A boy was born Saturday, June 11, 2016, to Twai Werk and Andrew Walker of Hays.
