Officers investigated a theft report and made an arrest after a Tracy Lane caller reported Monday at 1:23 p.m. that someone had stolen her Playstation 3 and Wii. No further information on the arrest was provided.

Elizabeth Delynn Wardell, 29, of Havre was issued a summons for a criminal mischief or vandalism charge after a caller from 11th Street West reported that an associate took her phone, broke it and stole the battery.

Officers assisted a citizen after a caller from 9th Avenue Northwest called the police Monday at 10:01 p.m.

Officers assisted a citizen after someone came into the police station and asked for a ride to his sister’s house this morning at 2:37.

Officers investigated a report of found property after a caller from Beaver Creek Boulevard reported this morning at 3:30 that a gun was found in the yard.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a theft report after a caller from a 19th Avenue West business reported Monday at 10:12 a.m. that a license plate had been stolen.

Deputies investigated a vandalism report after a 5th Street North caller reported Monday at 1:58 p.m. that someone had shot out the window of a car.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical crews responded to two calls Monday.

Fire crews responded to a fire call Monday at 10:42 p.m. on the 700 Block of 6th Street after someone reported they smelled smoke. The smoke turned out to be coming from a fire pit. No further action was necessary.
