Officers investigated a report of found property after a 2nd Street caller reported Friday at 1:04 p.m. that a pair of cutting shears were found left outside.

A caller at a 1st Street business reported a motor vehicle crash Friday at 2:41 p.m.

Alejandro Richard Plascencia, 41, of Box Elder was issued a summons for making false reports to law enforcement authorities after he was reported to have called the police Friday at 7:41 p.m. to report that his ex-wife tried to stab him.

Officers assisted a citizen after a someone reported at the police station Friday at 7:45 p.m. that her granddaughter ran away.

Margaret Michelle Longknife, 39, of Hays was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer after a caller from 3rd Street reported Friday at 9:13 p.m. that there were unwanted people at the house.

Andrea Rose Eagleman, 38, of Dodson was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a 1st Street Northeast caller reported Friday at 11:54 p.m. that there was a drunk woman in the hallway, and she wouldn’t leave.

Officers responded to a request to assist a citizen Saturday morning at 2:27.

Bridgette Marie Brennan, 25, of Chinook was issued a summons for charges of driving while using electronic communication device and changing lanes when unsafe to do so after a 1st Street caller reported Saturday at 12:50 p.m. that a woman was texting and driving.

Winston Curley Stewart, 31, of Havre was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, reckless driving, failure to produce proof of insurance and violating restrictions of traffic education learner’s license Saturday during a motor vehicle stop at 5:30 p.m. on 11th Street West.

Officers investigated a theft report after a 2nd Street caller reported Sunday at 7:01 a.m. that a backpack was stolen Friday.

Russell Robert Bunten, 52, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, failure to give notice of accident and “other” after a caller on 5th Street reported Sunday at 12:41 p.m. a two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash.

Officers investigated a found-property report after callers from a 16th Street address reported Sunday at 3:22 p.m. that fishing supply items were found in the park.

Charles Wayne McIntosh, 59, of Havre was arrested for charges of shoplifting, driving without a driver’s license, driving without insurance and driving with an expired registration after a 1st Street business caller reported a shoplifter Sunday at 4:29 p.m.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons Sunday at 10:16 p.m. near 3rd Street.

Gladys Jean Flatlip, 45, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, criminal trespass to property and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a caller from a 2nd Street business reported Sunday at 10:20 p.m. that a woman was pounding on her door.

Officers investigated a report of auto theft after a 4th Street caller reported Sunday at 11:04 p.m. that someone took off in her daughter-in-law’s Jetta. A 16-year-old and 15-year-old were each issued a summons on charges of motor vehicle theft, theft of belongings from motor vehicle and criminal trespass to vehicle.

Officers investigated a report of auto theft after a 16th Street West caller reported Sunday at 11:44 p.m. that a truck was loaned to a woman and she still hadn’t come back, but was last seen in Rocky Boy.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Officers investigated an animal control complaint after a caller in the emergency room reported Friday at 2:02 p.m. that someone had been bitten by a dog.

Erick Xavier Muniz, 23, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday, another Saturday and two on Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a call Sunday at 4:37 p.m. on the 1600 Block of Pine Drive after a smoke from a drier was detected. The drier was unplugged and smoke ceased.

A girl was born Wednesday, June 22, 2016, to Paul and Amber Turner of Havre.
