Mark Daniel Slade, 31, of Great Falls chose to leave this world on angel’s wings on July 8, 2016.

The visitation service will be held today, Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at 7 p.m. at Kirkwood Funeral Home in Malta. The memorial service will be at the Malta Lutheran Church on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at 11 a.m.
