Officers investigated a complaint Tuesday at 8 a.m. in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program.

Lindsey Marie Casebolt, 29, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants while officers assisted Adult Probation Tuesday at 9:15 a.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash between a car and a truck on 3rd Avenue after it as reported Tuesday at 10:15 a.m.

Officers issued a summons after a caller reported Tuesday at 11:34 a.m. that a man walking to the library was bitten by a dog. No further information was provided in the dispatch log.

Officers investigated an animal control complaint after a 15th Street West caller reported Tuesday at 12:54 p.m. that his cat was killed by a dog that lives in his neighborhood.

Officers investigated a theft after a Smithville Road caller reported Tuesday at 9:22 p.m. that a dirt bike was stolen.

Darren Wayne Keith, 30, of Havre was arrested on charges of violation of conditions of release, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after someone called in a complaint about an intoxicated man Tuesday at 9:42 p.m.

Officers made an arrest after a caller from Northern Montana Hospital reported at 12:36 a.m. that there was a woman in the E.R. whom the vistim did not want around.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a complaint Tuesday at 9:59 p.m.

Mitchell Lawrence LaMere, 22, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 9:15 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical crews responded to two calls Tuesday and one this morning.

Emergency fire crews responded to two fire calls: one at 8:03 p.m. on the 0 Block of 3rd Street West and another at 10:08 p.m. on the 0 Block of Curve Drive.
